Everything Daksh publishes, on this website and on the Daksh Media channels, is for education and general information. It is not investment advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, derivative or other financial product. The zones, levels and other figures describe the market; they do not tell you what to trade, when or how much.

Daksh Analytics and Daksh Media are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment adviser or research analyst.

Investment risk

Trading in equity derivatives such as futures and options carries substantial risk, and you can lose more than you expect. Past results, including those on the scoreboard, do not indicate future results. Think carefully about your own situation, and consider speaking to a qualified professional before you trade.

Your decisions are your own

You are responsible for your own trading and investment decisions and for their results. Daksh is not liable for any loss or damage that arises from using, or relying on, anything published here or on its channels.

No guarantee of accuracy

Daksh tries to publish correct information, but market data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and mistakes happen. The content is provided as it is, without any promise that it is accurate, complete or up to date. If you spot an error, please report it on Telegram.

Nothing is sold

Daksh does not sell products or services, run paid groups, take payments, or ask you to open an account with any broker. Nothing on this site is an offer or a solicitation. Anyone asking you for money in Daksh's name is not acting for Daksh.

Your account

An account is free. You need one for the Live analytics page and the personal features; everything else on the site works without one. Accounts are only for adults aged 18 and over. When you create one, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

• One account per person. Sign in only with an email address or Google account that is yours.
• Keep access to your email and Google account safe: anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your account. Tell us if you think someone else has used it.
• Saved settings, such as the levels you watch, are for your own reference. They are not advice, alerts are not guaranteed to arrive, and you should never rely on them to trade.
• We may suspend or delete an account that is used to misuse the site, for example automated sign-ins or attempts to break its security. We will tell you by email where we can.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page; it takes effect immediately. We may also stop offering accounts, and if we do, we will delete the data as the privacy policy describes.

Sharing Daksh content

The videos, graphics, animations and text are Daksh's work. You are welcome to share links to them and to share the videos with credit to Daksh. Please do not re-upload them as your own, remove the Daksh branding, or use them to sell anything.

Other platforms

Daksh Media posts on Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook and Threads. When you use those services, their own terms and policies apply. Our YouTube channel is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.

Availability

Daksh aims to post every trading day but does not guarantee it. Posts can be late or missed, for example when data is unavailable or a check fails. The website may change or be unavailable at times.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in India will have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The new version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
